Female sociopath first described 4,000 years ago!
PDF I searched the scientific literature for the best description of a female sociopath. None rivaled this one that is more than 4,000 years old:
For the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey,
and her speech is smoother than oil,
but in the end she is bitter as wormwood,
sharp as a two-edged sword.
Her feet go down to death;
her steps follow the path to Sheol;
she does not ponder the path of life;
her ways wander, and she does not know it.

and do not go near the door of her house,
lest you give your honor to others
and your years to the merciless,
lest strangers take their fill of your strength,
and your labors go to the house of a foreigner (Proverbs 5:4-10)
Notice that the writer identifies the slick speech of a sociopath as well as the results of being fooled by her. He also identifies the profound lack of insight found in this disorder. Sociopathic women 4,000 years ago were also apparently using their sex appeal to con men out of money and possessions. This is indeed nothing new!
There is something inherently more repulsive and unbelievable about a female sociopath. Women by nature are preprogrammed to learn empathy and care-taking, the antithesis of sociopathic behavior. Indeed, one of the best indicators of sociopathy in a women is seen when the woman fails to care for her own child. It would seem then, that we would all be revolted by a female sociopath, so why do men become victims?
My own theory, which has been corroborated by many men who have written to Lovefraud, is that men accidentally fall victim to sociopathic women when they have sex with them. You see, normal men experience bonding just like normal women-especially when the sex is good. The sex with a female sociopath (I’m told) isn’t just good, it’s better than most mortal men have ever hoped for. Once hooked on the female sociopath, men become victims just as much as the women who become hooked on the male sociopath. Many male victims feel ashamed and emasculated. But, take heart guys, she actually preyed on the more masculine side of your nature, your enjoyment of sex!
Why are successful female sociopaths so sexual and so sexually appealing? Science does have some answers for us here. Testosterone which is elevated in many male sociopaths is also elevated in female sociopaths. Studies of non-disordered women indicate that higher testosterone levels are associated with increased sex drive, increased sexual activity and YES sexual attractiveness to men! High testosterone makes both male and female sociopaths sexually appealing. Testosterone may also be related to the lack of parenting behavior seen in sociopathic women. Women with higher testosterone have been found to be less interested in motherhood.
Men who have married and fathered children with sociopathic women face special challenges. They deserve all our love and support. The courts often do not recognize that a sociopathic woman is incapable of functioning as a mother. Fathers are left to helplessly watch as precious children suffer at the hands of their mother.
The courts would be wise to get smart and take heed because studies of adopted children reveal a terrible truth about female sociopaths. Female sociopaths carry stronger genes for the disorder than do males. A mother is more likely to pass this trait to children she has never met than is a father.
Even with a biologic mother who is a sociopath, children can do well if they receive exceptionally good parenting. Hi to anyone that’s reading about female sociopaths here. I know this thread has been here for awhile but wanted to add my 2 cents worth for the record. I wanted to comment on my observations regarding the sociopath that I was in a relationship for 3 years.
As far as female sociopaths are concerned, I don’t think they’re any smarter than anyone else. It’s the way they use their sexuality to get their male prey. Us ‘dumbass’ males are visual creatures by nature. We are quite primitive compared to women in a lot of areas. My beautiful sociopath was well versed in seducing men. So highly sexed with so much testosterone, it would have made a bodybuilder look like a nancyboy. She was an ex model, with a body that would do your head in….and she knew it, and knew how to use it.
These females sociopaths can be full on right from the word go.
I remembered the first time I came into contact with her. She tested the waters a little and got the unnecessary pleasantries out of the way.
First meeting she was so out there I couldn’t believe it, and this was at the mall. All over me like I couldn’t believe. Next meeting, at the mall again (next day) and wanted to have sex in her car….and while I wasn’t with her, she would email me photos of herself. All of this is quite flattering for a male, but let this be a warning sign. A big red flag regarding female sociopaths….it’s all about seduction and their prey…….so I took the bait, and the rest is history.
And as far raising children they are clueless, and as far as ‘duty of care” they have none. So clueless, it’s breath taking. Her children had no boundaries whatsoever. She would often speak to her children and vice a versa using the “f” word as everyday language. They were feral!!!….The mother had no moral compass….and her children were wild.
Female sociopaths have evolved throught out time for one thing only. To widen the gene pool and that’s all.
I still sometimes think of her and want her so bad in my moments of pain. But her great bod comes with a twisted brain….no morals, no empathy, no remorse, no shame, no guilt and oh sooo selfish……my soul and my sanity was too higher price to pay, so I got it back…….

I remember the day it all changed for me….one day at the mall, I was sitting having coffee waiting for her. Like out of a movie, I saw her approaching from a distance and as if she was walking in slow motion, with her hair swaying and her eyes beaming, and then she smiled…..BANG!….from that day on I was never the same again.

I was to meet her in a coffee shop one afternoon but I arrived about 15 mins early than what I told her. She would be there already. When I reached the meeting place she was sitting at a table beside the window. But the most messed up thing was that I wasn’t sure if it was actually her!
I know this sounds odd but she looked very different in her face. I could see an anger in her body language I had never seen in her before. There was a “darkness” there…
That day I had just bought a new digital camera and I took a photo of her through the window. She did not see me do this. When I got inside she looked at me for a second (but it seemed like an hour!) and what I can only term as “scanned” me up and down. Then when she saw whom I was (“the love of her life” the night before apparently…)her entire facial expression changed to a whole new person! She BECAME MY GIRLFRIEND upon seeing me!!! It was so screwed up unless you have seen sociopaths do this, it is impossible to explain. It’s like aliens shapeshifting in a movie or something. It’s uncanny and scary.
Once she had jumped into the illusion of the persona she used to manipulate me I showed her the new digital camera and asked if I could take a picture of her. The photo was the “pretty sweetie pie” image she invented for me as I tend to be attracted to nice, freindly and easy going women with a natural look. I do not like heavy make up and so on.
When I got the photos I took of her that afternoon and compared them on my PC. They were of two complerely different women! The one I tookof her in the window of the cafe was EVIL looking. I think I knew at that point all was not what it seemed and I think she also knew I had accidentlky peeked behind her performance.
She changed personality after this and slowly became a very different woman. She was slowly shape shifting into the persona to make a move on this other guy she was to replace me with. They do this with incredible intution and research making sure they know EVERYTHING about the victim before they unleashed this dream upon them and put them into a kinda of sleep.
I saw a photo of the two of them on Facebook about a year later. Not only was she completely different in every way. But she was repulsive looking to me. Really ugly and scary looking. Yet I thought she was a beautiful lady when I was with her. Then I looked at some of our old photos and she seemed more and more lke a skank to me. Sociopaths have this amazing power to make your own eyes see them in the way they want you to see them. It is a very disturbing aspect of their predatory skills.
One more thing I would like to add. Men and Women who are of a sensitive, kind nature and are looking for love need to be very careful of sociopaths. Until you have been fooled, manipulated and then suddenly made aware of the fraud it is hard to express how damaging it came be to your own psychology. You’ll literally be doubting your own sanity for a long while afterwards. The sociopaths put you under a spell. It is about sucking your life energy with these crazy, ruthless lowlifes.

Frank – thanks for sharing that list. I read at that site too and found myself ticking lots of items on that list – the waking up instantly and falling asleep instantly always seemed very odd to me. Most humans have a wind down period where we go inside ourselves to commune with our inner self while relaxing. Knowing that the psychopath has no inner self makes this point somewhat easier to see.
I have also noticed that snap change between the dark persona and the smiling happy person as well as split second changes in emotional states that you don’t see in normal people – it’s scary.
I believe we can get THROUGH healing to come out the other side better but we are never the same after this brush with evil.

I have never been a Mel Gibson fan, I think he was crazy long before he divorced his wife and got tangled up in this phone call mess. I had a couple of Pagans over for dinner last night and fed them and we had a lovely time. Pagans are always welcome in my house. As are Christians, Jews, Moslems and Aethists. All they have to do is accept the others right to exists and not claim to be the chosen people, the one true faith, etc and I am fine with it.

I don’t feel sorry for Lindsay Lohan at all.
She has made a caricature (joke) of herself in the media by her irresponsible, erratic, and defiant behavior.
I’m glad celebrities are no longer getting special treatment, and are being dealt the consequences of their actions like the rest of us.
That being said, we’ll see if she serves the entire 90-day jail sentence.
And yes, I do find humor in celebrities’ surprised reactions when they finally realize that there are consequences to their bad behavior.
I do NOT, however, find glee nor humor in Lindsey’s actual mess, which would be her addiction to drugs.

I agree with blueskies that finding GLEE in another’s downfall isn’t a good thing for US–at the same time, seeing someone who is acting irresponsibly getting JUSTICE for their “crimes” is obviously a thing we can acknowledge. When a murderer goes to prison, we see them get justice and are glad. When Lyndsey flaunts her “status” and wealth and the judge brings her down with a jail sentence (which she in her narcissism thinks she doesn’t deserve like common people) it IS JUSTICE. I am glad to see justice in our courts. It IS A SHAME that she has not used the money and status she has for more than just trying to feed her addictions.
Actually I think many times that addicts have to reach bottom of the hole and get consequences before they become aware they need to fix themselves.
If she doesn’t start cooperating she may wind up doing prison time instead of jail time. We will see what happens. Personally, OJ thought he was “special” too, but kept on acting like a fool, and did end up getting JUSTICE for at least one of his crimes if not the other.
I don’t think any attorney is going to get her out of this problem. She has shot herself in the foot.
