Donna is right, the only 'vibe' I got from my ex was a concern about his flirting. I never once thought to double check stories about his past. He was a very skilled liar, and I was stunned to discover not only was he a liar, but a pathological one as well. I still sometimes can't believe it, he seemed so nice, so normal. It has left me questioning my own judgement and hoping I don't push men away in the future by being skeptical. Yes typical, and maybe he is one.. sticking up for his home boy.
