Sunday Jan. 25: NBC Dateline tells how Mischele Lewis exposed bigamist con man Will Jordan

Mischele Lewis and Will Jordan

Michele Lewis, left, and Will Jordan, attended friend’s wedding.

Lovefraud has been writing about William Allen Jordan for years — the guy who pretended to be a CIA agent, and then a British Defense Agency bodyguard, when in reality he was a con man.

He served prison time for swindling multiple women in the U.K., then returned to his home in New Jersey and starting swindling again.

But one of Jordan’s victims, Mischele Lewis, of Florence Township, New Jersey, turned the tables on him, and got him exposed, arrested and prosecuted.

This Sunday, January 25, at 7 p.m., NBC Dateline tells the story. Here’s the show:

    Mischele,

The publicity about false personation/rape by deception/fraud is needed so much. People in the dating world seem to be aware of these things occurring, but people are not able to fight back because we do not have the laws in place to prosecute these con men/con women. Everyone needs to get several of their friends and family to sign the petition to change the law!

Mischele, when people criticize you for falling for it, remind them that they had your family and friends fooled also. This also happened in my case.

Tessa (or rather Contessa because I got conned!)

    Dear Mischele,

I only just now got to see the video of your story online @Dateline.

What a gutsy lady you are!!! That was a crazy, scary world (web of lies and deceit) which he spun around you. 🙁

You are such an encouragement to me and — no doubt — to thousands (millions?) of other women, to not only have survived a spath monster like him, but to have come out victorious and to have exposed and nailed him! Kudos to you!

I am still shaking just thinking about you discovering him and surreptitiously taping him and confronting him. You are one brave woman! If you ever decide change careers, to leave nursing, I think you might have a very successful career in PI work in your future!

What you went through was a nightmare; and, fortunately you are still alive…one never knows when these types get triggered into violence.

You are truly a heroine to me. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

Love chemistry drives different people differently.

We all have our individual mix of nueroopeptides and hormones preset by our genetics. The end result is that some people are more believing and trusting than others. It has nothing to do with intelligence. It’s simply in your DNA, or not.

The good news is that we can learn from experience, but the bad news is that until we experience this type of behavior, we haven’t a clue.

BTW- being trusting is one of the key elements of humanity. Victim blaming is not.
