Elder law advocates scam seniors out of $2.4 million

The Press of Atlantic City reported today that an attorney specializing in elder law and a former social worker with Adult Protective Services have been charged with bilking elderly clients out of $2.4 million. The women, Barbara Lieberman and Jan Van Holt, allegedly used the money stolen from seniors to fund their lavish lifestyles.
