Army sexual assault prevention officer charged with setting up a prostitution ring

Sgt. 1st Class Gregory McQueen, a  Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention officer, is accused of setting up a prostitution ring at Fort Hood’s III Corps headquarters and recruiting young, cash-strapped female privates to have sex with older soldiers.

In a case that has focused national attention on the issue of military sexual assault, McQueen, among others, has been charged with 21 counts of abusive sexual contact, pandering, conspiracy and adultery. According to investigative documents, the alleged ring was revealed when a young private told authorities McQueen tried to recruit her and then sexually assaulted her during what she termed an “interview.”

A pre-trial evidentiary hearing is scheduled to begin March 20, which will determine whether McQueen faces a court-martial on the charges.

Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how low some people can go. One thing I know is that the army takes this stuff very seriously. The sociopath I dated was in the army. When they found out (from me) that he was committing adultery and fraud, they believed every word I said. It took me a few months to figure out he was committing these crimes. I turned him in instantly, and I was very lucky that he got caught and punished.
