Psychic Rose Marks was convicted of 14 fraud-related charges in a West Palm Beach courtroom. The 62-year-old mother and grandmother had spent the last 20 years taking advantage of her clients’ vulnerabilities and personal traumas, convincing them to pay more and more money for her advice.
Eight members of Marks’ family were also in on the scams and pleaded guilty. All together, the amount of money scammed over 20 years was $25 million, including $17 million from best-selling novelist Jude Deveraux.
