14-year-old boy accused of robbery, assault and murder

At his arraignment in Salem, Massachusetts, Philip Chism, a 14-year-old student at Danvers High School, pleaded not guilty to charges of armed robbery, aggravated rape and murder.

Chism allegedly followed his female teacher, Coleen Ritzer into a school bathroom, took her cell phone, money and credit cards, and brutally assaulted her. Then he allegedly dumped her body in a wooded area behind the school.

Chism allegedly became upset when Ritzer mentioned Tennessee. He had recently moved from there due to his parents’ “stressful” divorce.

How about the recent Judge’s ruling of “affluenza” in a similar boys case?
