Well, for what it is worth she got her judgment in court….I actually laughed out loud when I read the part about how he was “penniless” since his business BURNED DOWN IN MAY! Yea, this woman has as much chance of getting her MONEY BACK as Donna Andersen does! In fact, they will get it back the same day—the day hell freezes over!

But I do hope this lady will at least get some satisfaction in that she OUTED HIM as a crook! I also hope that she finds LoveFraud.

I would love to go back to court someday and get an annulment from the LF rat that took me for a ride. I don’t care if I’m 70 when I do this.

I have to find the right attorney who’s not afraid to open an old case and take on the system.

Thirty years ago when I was trying to get an annulment and my spath pulled the rug out from under me and filed for divorce so he could marry his next victim. My lawyer told me there was nothing I could do.

But I bet in this day and age I could get an annulment and even try my case in court with the “Ma Barker clan.”

I wouldn’t even care if I got a judgement. I know I’d never see any of it either but it would be a vindication and give me a sense of relief.

    Joanie,
You have a husband and a new life without the spath. That is a vindication. You have told your story here on LF and we know it’s true, that is more vindication. Maybe you can write your story and have it published. The more people who read it and are saved from a similar fate, the more vindication you will get. Volunteer at a domestic abuse shelter and tell your story there, you could save lives.

Your story is absolutely heart breaking, not just because you tried to end it all on the train tracks, but because you were targeted by an entire nest of vipers, none of which had anything remotely resembling a heart. It contrasts so completely with your own good and generous heart.

There is something so poignant about your story, it’s hard to put into words, but that is why it’s so powerful.
